Service and availability
ReleaseDelta monitors selected official provider sources and provides evidence-linked change intelligence. Provider information may be incomplete or delayed, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. Check linked official sources before acting on a brief. The service is decision support, not a substitute for checking provider sources or for legal, security, or professional advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You may not probe or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, upload secrets or unlawful content, impersonate others, or use ReleaseDelta to infringe third-party rights.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available without payment. Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. Prices, renewal interval, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase. You can cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Provider information and corrections
Provider materials remain owned by their respective owners. ReleaseDelta preserves evidence and an audit trail but cannot guarantee that every source is complete or current. Material errors are handled under the published Corrections policy.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. ReleaseDelta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on a brief or a third-party provider change.
