Data we collect
We collect account identity, declared Stack Profiles, notification preferences, billing identifiers for paid plans, email addresses submitted through our legacy product-interest signup endpoint, and limited service telemetry. We do not ask for customer API keys, production request bodies, or private repository access.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate users, match verified provider changes to declared dependencies, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, support customers, and understand activation and product reliability.
Website analytics
When configured, ReleaseDelta uses Google Analytics on public pages only after you allow analytics. It may receive page views, the referring site, limited campaign labels, browser or device information, and use analytics cookies. Analytics is optional; if you decline analytics, the Google tag is not loaded. You can change cookie choices at any time below. We do not send email addresses, authentication tokens, user or organization IDs, Stack identifiers, or D1 product events to Google Analytics.
Processors and international use
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, security, and delivery infrastructure. Google may process public-site analytics data when you allow analytics and the service is configured. Creem acts as merchant of record and processes payment information for paid subscriptions. These providers may process data in multiple countries under their own contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account and product data while an account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal, billing, and audit purposes. Access is restricted by role, internal operations are allowlisted, and secrets are kept outside the source repository.
